The Texas Pharmacy Summit, comprising eight Texas pharmacy organizations, held its last meeting before the summer break and annual conferences on Thursday, June 7. Summit members, including representatives from the Texas Pharmacy Association, discussed recent meetings with the Texas Department of Insurance, the Health and Human Services Commission and the Texas Medical Association. Participants also discussed next steps and future allies as pharmacy moves toward the 2019 legislative session.
