CHOOSE WHERE TO DONATE TODAY!

Foundation volunteers organize a variety of fundraisers, many centered around the annual TPA Conference & Expo. Popular events include the Silent Auction and Student Pharmacist Self-Care Championship. In addition, the MCMLXX Society (reflecting TPF’s origins in 1970) allows individuals to help provide an ongoing revenue source to support the Foundation’s work.

Texas Pharmacy Foundation (TPF) is a 501(c)(3 non-profit corporation (TIN 23-7100717). Contributions to TPF are deductible to the extent of the tax law. You will receive no goods or services for your contribution.

Foundation Activities

Financial contributions allow the Foundation to perform many activities, including but not limited to:

  • Initiating and/or sponsoring research projects regarding disease states, practice issues and other innovative efforts that improve patient care and patient outcomes.
  • Advancing research by acquiring financial support for pharmacy projects benefiting Texas pharmacy.
  • Encouraging innovation of new patient safety and quality initiatives.
  • Promoting public awareness of the role of pharmacists.
  • Ensuring the long-term financial health of TPF scholarships.
  • Growing TPF’s Disaster Relief Fund.
  • Maintaining the Texas Pharmacy Museum, located at the Texas Pharmacy Association office in Austin.

Volunteers and Association Support

The volunteer members of the Foundation are committed and actively involved in the management of the Foundation and its investments. The Board of Trustees meets regularly and members participate on several committees that provide staff with direction to address the Foundation’s goals. By sharing staff with the Texas Pharmacy Association, the Foundation has access to excellent talent, relationships, and resources to fulfill its mission.
