Celebrate Women in Pharmacy Day and American Pharmacists Month by joining us in Austin on October 11 for the Texas Pharmacy Association's second annual Women in Pharmacy gathering. Be a part of an enjoyable event to foster your connections with women in pharmacy through interactive education sessions that focus on you, your career and your profession.

You’ll come away with 6 hours of continuing education (CE) credit and industry insights and statistics about women in pharmacy and leadership roles, overcoming impostor syndrome and other barriers to success, the value of mentors and sponsors, how to build an effective network, and self-care techniques. In addition, there will be plenty of networking opportunities for interaction and dialogue.

Leave energized to invest in yourself and other women in pharmacy. Male members in pharmacy supporting these efforts are welcome to attend. TPA members receive a discounted registration rate.

This includes disparities in career progression and seniority, where women are over-represented among pharmacy students and in staff-level positions, but greatly under-represented in senior positions such as pharmacy owners or executive roles.
