On January 28, TPA led the first meeting of the Pharmacy Advisory Group (PAG) for this legislative session. More than the Texas Pharmacy Summit, which consists of the eight member-based organizations, the PAG includes all lobbyists who advocate for pharmacy’s best interests. Some of the most knowledgeable pharmacy advocates were in the room discussing pharmacy-related legislation and our tactics to support and block legislation this session.
