The Texas Senate passed House Bill 1455 on Sunday, May 19, which seeks to protect independent pharmacies in Texas from overreach by pharmacy benefit manager practices in wholesale invoice audits by attempting to unnecessarily penalize these small businesses for legitimate claims based on administrative technicalities.
