Texas Pharmacy Association CEO Debbie Garza took part in the induction of new board
members of the Capital Area Pharmacy Association (CAPA) on August 17, administering
the oath of office to incoming CAPA President Michelle Ameen as well as
other new board members.
Other incoming CAPA board members are
Brandon Dittmar, president-elect; Terry Weaver, treasurer; Christopher
Battey, secretary; Darlene Nguyen, program director; Kirk Barnett, VHC
director; Casey Nicholas, Helen Aguirre, Austin Arzaga, and Alex Adeoye,
directors; Janette Kinney, technician director; Tiffany Do, webmaster;
and Andrea Delgado, UT student representative. Outgoing President
Armando Chavez received the President Award and James Weems was
presented with the Volunteer of the Year Award.
