Statement
Hello, fellow Texas pharmacists, student pharmacists and technicians! I am honored and excited to be considered for the position of speaker-elect for the TPA House of Delegates. I am passionate about advancing pharmacist-delivered patient care services
in all settings but especially community pharmacy where pharmacists remain THE MOST accessible health care provider.
I believe in advancing TPA’s mission of serving all Texas pharmacists. Membership and engagement is vital for the success of our organization and profession. The House of Delegates is where members can engage through policy that advances our organization.
As speaker-elect, I promise to provide leadership through listening to your ideas, experiences and visions.
Finally, as a leader within TPA, I promise to fight for our profession. Our communities depend on pharmacists and the access to care we provide. Our health care teams rely on pharmacists to be the medication experts that deliver superior patient care.
TPA is at the forefront of advocating for changes that protect pharmacy services and blaze new paths in patient-care delivery. As a leader within TPA and as speaker-elect, I promise to continue this fight to propel the profession forward.
I appreciate your vote of support in electing me as the next TPA speaker-elect!
