As a registered pharmacist, MBA with more than 30 years’ operations and strategic leadership at Walgreens (a Fortune 30 company), Debbie acquired a deep understanding of the various aspects of business, particularly retail pharmacy and its health care ecosystem. Additionally, her various experiences have allowed her to witness first-hand how people advance - or why they don’t. Debbie had a front row seat to the obstacles those in middle and upper management face when trying to move forward, and saw how talented, ambitious employees often faced roadblocks to success that, once identified and understood, could be overcome.     

JWP Coaching was founded because it became clear that Debbie’s success was attributable, in part, to her passion and deep commitment for helping others develop and get closer to achieving their goals. JWP Coaching provides leadership coaching for emerging and established leaders, and business consulting services for non-profits and small businesses. JWP Coaching is an engaged and committed partner for clients as they design a journey with purpose that leads to their vision of success.
