Hear from State Representative Toni Rose (D-Dallas), who serves as vice chair of the House Human Services Committee. She also serves on the Select Committee on Health Care Reform, as well as on the Committees on Appropriations (vice chair of Article II Subcommittee), Calendars, and Redistricting. In 2023, Rose authored and fought for legislation that would have required Medicaid managed care organizations and their PBMs to reimburse pharmacies based on NADAC plus a professional dispensing fee. The bill was well received in a hearing by the Human Services Committee.
